Please make sure you have read and understand our company policies and procedures to prevent service issues.

We have a 3 minute morning grace period. We have to ensure all of our iRIDERS are arriving to school on time and for breakfast.

The iCAREDRIVER will depart after 3 minutes of arrival. Your iRIDER needs to be outside and ready for pickup at the scheduled eta. No exceptions.
